This Privacy Policy explains how byldr LLC (“byldr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit byldr.dev, contact us, or engage us for engineering work. byldr LLC is operated by Ryan Cwynar.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you book a call, send an email, submit a form, or respond to a proposal, we collect what you provide — typically your name, email address, company, and the details of your request.
• Proposal & engagement data. If we share a proposal with you, we may record which version you viewed, when you opened it, and the responses you submit, so we can follow up accurately.
• Usage data. Like most websites, we automatically receive standard log information from your browser — IP address, device and browser type, referring pages, and timestamps — plus basic analytics about which pages are viewed.
• Cookies. We use a small number of cookies that are necessary for the site to function (for example, to keep you signed in to a protected proposal). We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiries and deliver the work you ask for.
• To prepare, send, and follow up on proposals and engagements.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve byldr.dev and our services.
• To send you messages related to a project or your request. We do not send unsolicited marketing.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business — for example hosting, email, scheduling, and analytics providers — and only as needed for them to perform those services. Your code and confidential information

When we do engineering work with you, any source code, credentials, or confidential materials you share are used solely to perform that work. We keep them confidential and return or delete them on request at the end of an engagement.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you, and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.

Your choices & rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. We honor these requests as required by law.

Children

byldr.dev is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be posted on this page.
